Below is a guide on how to care, serve and enjoy your cakes!

To ensure they remain perfect for your celebration, here are a few tips:

🌡️ Temperature & Storage

• Keep it Cool: Keep the cakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Serving: Cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Leftovers: Wrap any remaining slices tightly in plastic wrap or an airtight container to maintain that signature moisture.

⚠️ Safety First: Non-Edible Decor

Before you start slicing, or consuming your cupcakes, please ensure you remove ALL toppers and decorations.

This includes ALL themed card toppers for cakes and cupcakes as well as number and name toppers.

Caution

Please note;

- This cake may be made using dowels and other items that could potentially be hazardous. Please take care to remove all decorative pieces before cutting the cake.

- Please refer to your allergen sticker on your cake box for a breakdown of the allergens in your cake (if applicable).

- Please note that any fondant or icing cake decoration items that are exceptionally hard should not be consumed. They are for design purposes only.

- Please note once payment is made, we cannot alter the agreed designs for your cake(s).

- Until payment is received, your order is not confirmed. We operate on a first-come, first-serve policy.

- Please note the size, colour or style of your cake may slightly vary depending on the draft pictures rendered/provided.

- Please note we do not deliver to venues—for example, restaurants, workplaces, community halls, etc unless otherwise agreed prior. Kindly enquire beforehand.

- We do not set up/present cakes upon delivery (unless otherwise specified and agreed beforehand)
