Are your cakes halal?

Yes, all our cakes are Halal compliant. 

Please note, the only cake we offer that is not halal is our Jamaican Rum Cake.

 

How much notice is required?

At least two weeks notice is encouraged before placing orders to ensure customer preference and happiness. 

We can fulfil cakes in less than two weeks, but this will be subject to our availability and or how intricate your cake design is. 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

At CherryCakes we can meet customers needs where dietary requirements are concerned. 

As a typical business protocol, we always ask about allergies and the like. But if there are any specific dietary requests you or your guests may have, please let us know, and we shall confirm what is possible and what is not. 

 

 

How do you process refunds?

At CherryCakes, we look to provide our customers with the best service at all times. In the unfortunate situation whereby you have to cancel your cake order, please note the cancellation/refund policy’s that apply;

A full refund is provided when your order is cancelled 14 days or more before your delivery date.

A partial refund of 50% of your order will be reinstated if your cancellation is made at least 7 days before your cake delivery date.

No refund for cancellations on orders set for delivery within 7 days of the delivery date. This is due to the fact that we would have bought specific items, design elements, personalised toppers already (for your cake) that we cannot send back to our suppliers. 

 

How far do you deliver?

CherryCakes delivers to all parts of London. If you live on the outskirts of the capital you may be eligible for delivery. Parts of Kent and Essex meet our criteria for delivery. Please enquire before you order if you are outside London.

 

Can I get samples before I order?

No. We do not currently provide samples for any of our cake products.

 

Do you offer tiered cakes?

Nearly all our cakes are ‘layered’. But we do not offer traditional two or three ‘tiered’ cakes.
